Info for Members.

 

Since the AGM the new committee has met and got to know each other. We re-distributed some of the jobs which we do and discussed what extra events we might put on now that there are more committee members. Some ideas put forward were Pleasure ride, Beach ride, Quiz night, Demonstrations and Training. We will continue with the Dressage, Spring and Summer Shows to include dressage as well as organising our Teams and Camp.

 

As suggested at the AGM we will send out newsletters to members who do not have access to the internet.

 

We agreed that, in future, if Members were not present at the AGM then their Points Award would be passed down to the next person who was present. ( Unless there was a valid reason for them not being there.)

 

We agreed that our aim this year should be to raise enough money to have the jump trailer replaced. We will also look into purchasing additional jumps to reduce the need to move fences between venues.

 

We will produce a calendar of events which WDRC is involved in so that the members are more aware of what is on offer to them.
